What is High Speed Data?

High Speed Data is the recording of pushing hand force (N), pulling hand force (N) and power (W) at 100 or more times a second (a sample every 10 milliseconds or less).

What format is High Speed Data stored in?

The High Speed Data is stored as a .fit file.
