# How to view High Speed Data

## Step 1: Head to the High Speed Data (.fit) viewer

* Open <https://fit.onegiantleap.co.nz> in a browser.

## Step 2. Click the 'Choose Files' button

* Select any files that you've downloaded using ANT-FS.
* A graph with plots will load on the screen.

## Step 3: Navigate the data

* Click and drag inside the plot area to zoom in on a section of data.
* Click on the data fields in the legend to turn plots on and off.
